1. What we sell

NeuroSchutz is a food supplement (Nahrungsergänzungsmittel) — a daily capsule with magnesium, L-carnitine and plant-based ingredients. It is not a medicine and does not replace medical treatment. Our offers are directed at adults of legal age.

2. Orders

An order is placed through the official product page. You confirm that the details you provide (name, address, email) are accurate — we can only deliver as well as the address you give us. We may decline or cancel an order in the rare case of supply problems, errors in pricing or listing, or suspected fraud; in that case any payment taken is refunded.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown on the order page and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card data. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on your country and courier; typical estimates are shown at checkout. If a parcel is significantly delayed, contact us and we will trace it with the courier and, where genuinely lost, arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To use it, tell us within that window (email is fine), return the product, and we refund the purchase price. For hygiene reasons we can only take back sealed, unopened packages. This statutory right is independent of our goodwill policy: if your parcel arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right.

6. Usage and safety

Follow the recommended dose on the label: do not exceed it. Food supplements do not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a medical condition, ask your doctor before use.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the product contrary to its labelling or these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The NeuroSchutz name, branding, product images and website content belong to Nutra4Health and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable consumer law of your country of residence where it applies mandatorily. Statutory consumer rights are never restricted by these terms.
